Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a $100 deposit that will secure your date. This deposit will also be applied to your final total and the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.

 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. There will be a delivery fee depending on the distance from 32712 zip code to the event venue.

How would I pay for my bounce house?

We accept  Zelle, Cashapp, and Venmo.

Can I cancel?

Your deposit is refundable if the event is 15 days out or more.

How long is the rental?

Our bounce houses are rentable for 8 hours.

Is there any weather restrictions?

We will not set up if there is rain or winds exceeding 15mph. If this is the case your deposit can be applied to a future booking within one calendar year. There are no refunds once we are on site.

Can I set up on concrete?

Yes. We can set up on concrete, grass, tile or wood. We cannot set up on any uneven surfaces.
